The Shirvan City Yard Jeddah is a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations. The interiors are beautifully designed, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere. We took so many pictures it’s more than worth it :) 🏊‍♀️ The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight—it’s not only stunning but also has perfectly heated water that’s genuinely warm (not lukewarm!). Combined with the balmy 27°C air temperature, it was incredibly relaxing. 🍴 Baker & Spice, the on-site restaurant/café, serves delicious cakes and food. Their rotisserie chicken is a standout—we absolutely loved it! ☕️ In the lobby, there’s a tiny coffee shop that serves an excellent flat white and pastries, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. And there are several Assouline travel books to read while sipping. ✨ The hotel’s vibe is warm and welcoming, with super-friendly staff who are always ready to help. 📍 The location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of City Yard, a gorgeous, walkable courtyard filled with cafes and restaurants, the hotel offers access to what we think are the best coffee shops in Jeddah.     I like Jeddah,it's beautiful city, has old and new that what I like about Jeddah, I like the red sea 🌊 I used to spend longer time in jeddah when I was a little girl,jeddah corniche is beautiful, I could set for hours there, The only problem is the heat and humidity in summer but if you travel in winter, you would enjoyed jeddah more, I have no problem with the weather but some people do,especially if they come from cold countries, There is many activities in jeddah to do with families, from visiting the old souq,Al Balad,to diving in the red sea or hair a boat for a day, to try some of the delicious local food,love for Jeddah.

    Not going to lie , the whole point of travelling there is to have good time near the sea with my family , less crowded placed more special family time near the sea but the problem is almost no resorts at all near the sea , and the only one is very very expensive at least in booking.com I couldn't find any , kinda looking forward to see the sandy beaches but non of that were present , the unnecessary traffic from some drivers , some of the cars on the street were in a really bad shape I can't believe how are they permitted to drive .. was kinda looking for some families/kids areas but I couldn't find any maybe it was due to my lack of research .. I liked the sea food I'd love to see more of the fine sea food cuisines since the sea food is so fresh and delicious , I didn't like how the touring boats are blasting music kinda make sitting to watch the sunset kinda noisy and not relaxing

    Jeddah is a good destination and dream city. Have all the facilities which any develop country has in European countries. First city to reach before reaching holy city of Makkah. Must recommended place to visit by every Tourist especially Muslim visitors.

    If you like sun,good food and quiet evening walks has it is cooler time to walk,It is a beautiful. However,being a single female beware of soliciting drivers . Take only licensed vehicles like Uber and walk on crowded streets. Wear cotton clothes that gives good cover and cooler and don't let the male shop attendant help you, unfortunately they have some who's hands want to touch. Despite the negative if you love perfume and beauty accessories and Arabian fashion it is also great.

    Jeddah is an underestimated city - we live in Riyadh, it was a delight to visit a quieter city with little to no traffic congestion. Streets are clean and tidy, people polite, just a pleasant place to stay for a few days

    Its a lovely city with easy access to the sea front and great infrastructure including malls. I didn't get time to visit the historical part of Jeddah but the trip was really great. Ideal time to visit Spring or Winter.

    I decided to stay here on my way home from Umrah, As I am traveling alone, with 3 kids (11,3,1) I don't like hanging around the airport. Stayed here from 4pm - 11pm, flight was around 2am. Staff were helpful, hotel seemed very new, shower was sparkling clean. The room had all accessories, ie slippers and full length mirror. Bed was very large too. It's a basic hotel (not 5 star).. Oh, Domino's was a stone throw away, my kids enjoyed the pizza there too.

    Tragic experience, I seriously doubt the 5 stars! We really appreciate Abdulrahman and his effort to improve our stay but the hotel needs some serious renovation! The gym is non existent, like 4sqm in total with 2 machines. Sockets were broken, the car park extremely tight, AC was super loud!
