We spent 9 nights at Plein Soleil and everything was excellent! The room and bathroom are large, very clean, everything in the room is new and very comfortable. The location is excellent, the bus station is very close, as well as the beach and the shops. At the same time, being on a side street, it is very quiet. What we especially liked was the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Mr. Harry (the manager of the location) - who is extremely kind and helped us whenever we asked for his support (and we asked a lot :). And if you go to Plein Soleil, don't forget to take a can of cats, for the most adorable little black panther that will make your stay even more pleasant :)!

Excellent location, although requires taxi from the jetty. Spacious accommodation, almost like one bedroom apartment with a wraparound terrace. Close to a nice Breeze restaurant and small shops. Salima was extra helpful in scheduling our excursions. Excellent value for money! Recommended

The location is amazing. You just walk out of your door and there's the beach. John , who was present at the property took care of us well. Gave us pancakes one morning and since the rooms had no kitchen, he gave use basic utensils upon request.

We had a wonderful stay. The Location was very good. It was a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. There is also a bus stop nearby. The staff are very friendly, especially Nishant was very helpful. Sharon helped us with organizing a taxi that we used for our trips. She welcomed us with a cold towel and a refreshing drink. Some power sockets were even equipped with international sockets/adapters that made it easier.

Loved our new ocean room, so modern, spacious and beautiful, with a nice view onto the pool and lovely swing on the balcony. The garden is amazing, so beautiful art and plants everywhere. Robert has done a great job. Really nice breakfast and dinner, great food and SO much to choose from. Loved the Cafe des Arts restaurant on the beach as well, both daytime and night. Really enjoyed that there was a DJ playing a couple of the nights, also the festival Robert arranged for the weekend. Virginie went all the way out to help us prior to our arrival and during our stay - all in all a great place to stay, definitely recommend it!

    Grand Anse itself does not deserve a long time, being a beach, that's it, depending of course, on what you expect to do. Praslin itself is not very interesting compared to Mahe or even, La Digue. Praslin is good for few days, and the most interesting is on the other side, East Coast, since Grand Anse is on the West one.

    I liked staying at Grand Anse, it has a sense of a small community but not a noisy one. One has to take either a rent a car or a bus. We rented a car for one day only, enough to see the island, and we took one bus ride No 61 around the island. Bus ride should be a must for everyone. Excellent experienced driver but the ride is not for lighthearted.

    It's a good location to view the entire island from.

    It's a good location to view the entire island from. If you're going to use bus transportation there are enough options. A couple of fine shops are there, and a couple of restaurants. The airport is there but you don't even here it. You have a good beach for swimming.
