The breakfast was fabulous. The dining room is so nice with the view of the river. The food was wonderful and there was way more than we could all eat. My grandparents owned the castle and it was in the family until the recent sale and renovation. It was amazing to be in the castle and the small village of Vinica. I would love to return some day.

My hosts were extremely kind and helpful, It's very rare to meet such kind people. The accommodation has a wonderful shared kitchen, where I made my morning coffee (I didn't order the breakfast, because I drink only coffee in the morning, but I saw that the breakfast was delicious). The room was very comfortable and had a balcony with a beautiful view.

The accommodation is also a restaurant so there is plenty of free parking and you get the key at the bar when you check in. The rooms are renovated, big, with portable AC. Breakfast was really good, was included in the price and they asked you what you wanted. The accommodation is a 5-minute drive from the Croatian border so is convenient if you just want to spend the night on your way home from vacation or if you want to do a weekend getaway and spend a day soaking in the sun at Kolpa River. Even though the accommodation is next to the road you can't hear the traffic.

great value! Comfy and clean beds, quiet neighbourhood, friendly staff. Me and my friends went to a concert in the city nearby and stayed for the night, it was a very pleasant experience.

Everything was great. Great location, great place with indoor pool, gym and jacuzzy. There is fridge with cheap drink. Lots to see nearby. Prices acceptable. Real gem for us.
