All the rooms here are "quadruple rooms" - two twn beds and a 2 person sofa bed there was a separate hallway and bathroom. The staff doesn't speak English, but translation softward alleviated any communication problems. The bathroom had all the typical toiletries, guest slippers and even a guest bathrobe! The location is close to downtown, and the price was quite reasonable.

Food was excelent, We took the junior suite, so we had a sepparate room for the kids, and one for us, in the same "apartament". The place was warm, cozy, clean, and everything was working (shower, tv, air conditioning, coffe maker, etc). The pool had perfect temperature and was clean, the sauna working fine, changing room had lockers with keys, all the lockers were provided with clean towels and one use shoes. We loved it!

It is my first time to Ukraine and with my broken Ukrainian I was a little worried, but Julia was super friendly, a sunshine of a smile and was speaking English very well. The room was clean and quiet. Even though it is a bit outside the city, it is just a few 100m to the next store. There is even a bakery nearby. All in all a very nice experience. Thanks to the team.
