The staff was amazing! Susan on front desk was so helpful and polite. Breakfast lady was amazing too! she kept checking in with all guest if they needed anything . Good staff = Happy customers!

We had a renovated room. It was very clean and had good bathroom products. Breakfast had a diverse good range of options hot and cold. We used it while traveling and it was perfectly located just off the turnpike.

I will have to say the staff here went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure our stay was awesome. As this is an older hotel our expectations were not high but I will have to say that they bent over backwards to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the bed was beyond comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even calling once we got to our room to make sure we were satisfied with it. The beds and pillows were decent for a budget motel. The bathroom was well stocked. We had a fridge in our room. It was very quiet all night

    Beautiful recent updates.

    Beautiful recent updates. The staff was amazing: kind, thoughtful and helpful. Location close to grocery store, many restaurants.. etc. The pool is great, down to earth and low key. This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will stay again. As a family, we always have a great time at the pool, and it has never been crowded! Seems to always have just the right number of people so that the kids make friends and always have plenty of space to play and swim! A perfect choice!

    Sometimes on one’s travels you accidentally come across a gem of a hotel. The Aurora Inn is one such hotel. It’s charming in its design, decoration and ambience. It has an old world feel and mystique with the best of modern efficiency, courtesy and service. I would recommend it unreservedly to any would-be traveller to Cleveland.

    Location was great for our golf vacation. It was central to the courses we were playing. Breakfast was not utilized. Restaurants were within a reasonable distance. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet.

    Adorable! I brought my husband to visit my hometown and this was such a great place! Pet friendly, clean, loved the restaurant, the staff was so friendly! I would definitely stay here again!
