We stayed at 5 different hotels that week traveling down the coast, this was not the most expensive but definitely was the nicest and the cleanest let alone the view was amazing

Close to shops in downtown and in walking distance. Love the inn and have gone here 3 years now for our anniversary. will continue going to the inn, and no were else.

Bandon for us was a stop along the coast while exploring for days. We had a good local seafood dinner within walking distance, in the quaint part of town maybe 1 7 minute walk down the small hill from the hotel. We did not stay during the day as we continued on, but definitely some great shops and restaurants and cafes and bars to peruse with a more leisurely stay.

The two main attractions for Bandon are Old Town and Haystack Rock. (Yes, in addition to those in Cannon Beach and Pacific City, there's a Haystack Rock right offshore in Bandon.)
Old Town is small but charming, with restaurants and gift shops set at the side of a small marina. The vintage buildings are all well kept and there's ample parking. Plus it's right off where Highway 101 goes through town.

Winter time Bandon is quiet, shops and restaurants if open have shorter hours. The beaches are empty except for stalwarts and natives out with their dogs or just grabbing some fresh air.
I love summer time Bandon, everything is open, Old Town is more lively, the temps are nice and the days are longer.

Bandon beaches are magical at sunset and sunrise.
Bandon beaches are magical at sunset and sunrise. Old downtown has quaint shops and restaurants. Beautiful old homes. Unfortunately, there is a lot of new home construction taking place encroaching on the area. Our visit was in January so we didn't have to deal with the summer crowd, which was a huge win for us.

The Bandon area has a beautiful coastline with a wide variety of features including rock formations, sandy beaches, jetties, lighthouses, marshes, rivers, bridges, nature preserves, walking trails, and big waves. The town has good restaurants and shops with all the basics. It's relatively quiet and picturesque. I found 100% of the people we met to be pleasant and friendly. The people at Bandon Inn went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and were having a good time even though it was Thanksgiving weekend and I'm sure they had other places they'd have liked to have been. We had a great time!
Everything!! Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Spacious, clean, and nicely furnished rooms.Fireplace, balcony to watch whales(saw lots of them!) - the location is the best - close to the best restaurant around and the sound of the waves at night gave us a great nights sleep.
The Staff were also super helpful and friendly. Breakfast muffins were fantastic. Oh - has its own private sand beach!!
Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!
Great little place and well set up.
Asked for an early checking by an hour and cleaners were done - as I was there in driveway, but no, no text so I waited til 4 pm. Which is late imho. Even a hotel will allow this.
A bit stingy on the coffee pods - silly really when you’re spending hundreds in a room. VERY LOUD FOOTFALLS upstairs - they were not partying - as a matter a fact I looked and they were elderly…. Just no insulation I guess.
The view and location was wonderful. Comfortable beds, wonderful amenities and since we were on the 3rd floor able to leave the balcony door open for the fresh ocean air. Customer service was really good. We will make sure that the Bandon Inn will be our hotel whenever we visit Bandon.
No breakfast except what we fixed. Location was good, close to the ocean views. We enjoyed the wildlife around the house very much. We liked the Bandon Dunes Crossing golf course which is close by. The farmer's market was also good with
fresh fish and vegetables.
Was great for a one night stay. HAs a little bit of a 70's flare to me. The room was clean and close to Bandon Beach. The hotel is located on a main road (all of them mostly are there), so if you are sensitive to noise, I'd bring earplugs.
Perfect access to the beach. Was there for my 30th anniversary and they gave us a gift. That was too cool. Very friendly and clean. Stayed two nights and now I have a place to go every time we go to Bandon, Oregon!!
Nice fresh comfortable hotel, helpful and welcoming staff, good breakfast included, walking distance to beach, short drive to town.
Be warned the coast here in July is not that warm but the sun is strong
We enjoyed our stay very much - great location across from the quaint town of Bandon although crossing the street can be a bit nerve-wracking. Super comfy beds and clean, spacious rooms. Nice owners.
The Bandon Inn is well situated above the town, with a nice view. They provided good information. The room was fine; I particularly liked having a balcony so I could get fresh air in the room.
Incredibly clean room. Location was 5 min walk to Bandon beach. Such beautiful views. We were in the “anniversary” room. It was stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
