The staff at this hotel are amazing! The location is excellent—close to the beach and other sites of interest, in a quality neighbourhood. The rooms are ultra clean, and the towels and complimentary water bottles and beach chairs/sun umbrellas all make it a great all around place to stay. The food in the restaurant is amazing, too!

My husband and I were both so impressed how amazing the rooms and pool were very fresh & updated. The rooms were very clean and smelled great also everything you need in the rooms for your stay. The owner Bill was awesome and very nice. He had everything you need for the beach or pool. It was so close to the boardwalk we walked there and enjoyed the night life. I would love to stay again soon!

I love everything about the Avid Ft. Lauderdale hotel. The check-in was quick and the lady that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean and nice. The bed gave me one of the best night rest I had in a long time. The breakfast was top notch. The selection of breakfast was beyond what I expected and I loved it. The hotel have good parking. The shower was goooood especially with the HOT water. Would I stay again, HELL YES. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was terrific. I went with my two teenagers. The pool was great, and so were the games (chess, pool table, fuzzball). We loved the hot tea and coffee always on offer, and the front desk had just what you needed for snacks and drinks without leaving the property. The breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Couldn't ask for better. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We had Amazon packages delivered to the hotel and the staff did not fuss. The hotel and rooms were very modern and clean. I would definitely stay there again. We loved it.

    It is great the weekend I went had a great air show with Blue Angels flying in the sky. It adheres to multiple vibes even the club scene to go dancing or the family- bike rentals are available enough restaurants on the strip and one of the Best Pizza shops in Broward not like Chicago or New York pizza but still good and large in serving.

    I just loved going for breakfast asking for water, there were 4 of us! You can only get 4 waters per table, or we will be charged? Strange! We had cardboard pancakes, the manager took care of that grateful for her! On a good note our waitress was great, no fantastic! Only good thing about breakfast! The manager also compt us for the next day, was good! Again Thank you! For what you pay for the hotel you shouldn't have to pay for parking, they nickel and dime you to death here! Really sad! The rest of Fort Lauderdale does the same! Not worth the stay!

    Not the great vacation/convention spot it was 25 years ago. Expensive add ons including parking and chairs to enjoy the sun. Construction, no direct water views. Making reservations for jet ski excursion was a joke (Esteban). Pools and hot tub not monitored. Regular/daily pandhandlers on the main streets. Not relaxing. unlikely to return

    Nice resort and beaches.

    Nice resort and beaches. There are busy areas if you like them, but also quiet areas. We visited the State Park, which was lovely. Hotel on Riomarr Street where we stayed was good and well located. Nice rooftop bar and quiet for sleeping

    The location was superb. A couple of minutes walk to the beach. The hotel provided beach chairs and shades as well as sun screen if needed. The grounds and pool were immaculate and the room was spacious, modern and very clean with all amenities you would need. Parking was available and free on a first come first served basis but was never a problem for us. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and we would not hesitate to return if visiting the area in the future. A hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale

Also we paid approx $250 just because it was a cruise day whereas the regular rate is $125 !! $125 is about the correct rate for this hotel , No more .
