The rooms are very spacious with a screened-off desk area with a couch. Facilities, including breakfast, are excellent and so is the location. It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

The room was extremely clean, check in was easy, staff interactions were pleasant, spacious room, the hot tub was extremely nice. I can only recommend. There was an issue overnight, nothing to do with the hotel, but it was addressed immediately. Someone was working on a motorcycle or car for over an hour starting at midnight. Being extremely loud and revving the engine. I called the front desk, they immediately went out and stopped the guy.

Professional Staff at the reception who would resolve any problem that may challenge you. special thanks to Zy' air who made our stay even more pleasant. The Room was perfectly clean. I was hoping to have a breakfast buffet, but Olivia in the hotel's breakfast area with her welcoming attitude and smile gave us a happy morning. Being on E-main street gives this hotel a special attribute, with all restaurants and attractions around it, that's what I'm talking about. The skating area is just behind it.

    Greenville is a great city, safe, lot of sidewalk cafes and interesting shops. Good for a day or a week. We just wanted to get away for Labor Day weekend. Nightlife varies so have to do a little research, but there’s something for everyone, young to seniors. We are latter category, but found a nice place for dinner and dance.

    I love Greenville.

    I love Greenville. The city feels alive, modern, and at the same time so connected to nature. What impressed me the most was the incredible urban development along the Reedy River. Walking through Falls Park, across Liberty Bridge, and then continuing along the riverwalk felt like stepping into a perfectly balanced blend of city and nature. Shops, restaurants, and green spaces line the river in such a thoughtful way—it’s vibrant but never overwhelming. You can have a coffee on a terrace with the sound of the water nearby, or take a peaceful evening stroll surrounded by lights and greenery. Greenville has managed to create an urban space that is both welcoming and inspiring, and it left me with the feeling that this is one of those cities you instantly fall in love with.

    Greenville is a MUST see!

    Greenville is a MUST see! Beautiful city, lots of culture and amazing food all up and down the main street! People were genuinely friendly and as a single female I felt safe there. It is a great place to hike/site see/eat. Nearby communities offered many other attractions like Paris Falls and seeing the Oldest Covered Bridge on Artist day was amazing for me, as my Mom was an artist. Lots to see and do and the Swamp Rabbit Trail is such a beautiful place to walk/run. Don't forget to check out The Mast Store! they have everything you can imagine and then some!

    Greenville is a very beautiful city and was very pleasant surprise. Downtown is very walkable with beautiful scenery and lined with businesses and boutiques and adds to its delightful charm. I plan to revisit.

    I was born here, but live elsewhere, I visit as often as possible, I venture Greenville as much as possible, downtown and outlying areas, getting around is not a problem, I attended a ballgame at Fluor Field, I caught a hot air balloon launch and festival, I went atop Caesar's Head, (my first time) the view was awesome, being not much of a fine diner, a burgers and beer kind of guy, the Hall of Fame on Wade Hampton fit the bill, plenty of screens all showing all varieties of sports, great service, but I do also recommend "Basilico's" great Italian food, overall, I had a great time and I will be back, this is home

    Greenville is a hidden gem in the US.

    Greenville is a hidden gem in the US. This is my first trip, but I would certainly visit again. The downtown blew me away with all of the shops, eateries, and upscale bars. Downtown alone has a lot to offer with the Falls Park, but even outside of downtown, there are many activities one can do as well.
