This hotel was beautiful, and so well designed and decorated. The entire grounds felt very well manicured and posh. It was a fun experience and the location is wonderful for visiting the Nelson or hitting up Shakespeare in the Park. Gorgeous hotel. Loved the coffee bar. Safe parking. Beautiful bathroom with high end toiletries. Ice machine in the main house. AC worked very well, and the pillows were so comfy. Big soft towels, rain shower gets nice and hot. Very very comfortable stay.

Excellent interactions with the entire hotel staff! They are professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly! The room is wonderful! Spacious, clean and everything you expect from an exceptional hotel. Delicious FREE breakfast that has actual sustenance to it. There’s literally something for everyone. This location is close to everything in driving distance for those like us who aren’t extremely mobile. Great facilities and EXTREMELY clean! Bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. The 3 in one couch and ottoman are a great bonus in the rooms. If you’re short like me you will need to use the ottoman while sitting on the couch because my feet didn’t reach the floor. Terrence and Hannah were phenomenal!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING AND AWESOME! FROM THE LOUNGE, TO THE ROOM, TO THE VIEW... ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL... It was my Finance` Birthday Surprise Weekend! I sent him to the Chiefs Game a Lifetime Dream and wanted him to stay somewhere nice. His stay was an experience he truly ENJOYED and was beyond his expectations!!! He's been talking about the view from his room, how nice his stay was, and the pillows. LOL... HE TRULY ENJOYED EVERYTHING THAT WEEKEND... HE'S BEEN SMILING EVERY SINCE AND KEEP SAYING, "I'M THINKING ABOUT GETTING SEASON TICKETS AND WE WILL ONLY STAY AT LOEWS!!!!!" You have gained a guess for life!!! 💯🥰

I liked that they offered food options that you can buy late at night. My partner and I stayed here because it was close to the concert venue we went to and we didn't get back until 11:15ish and there was a nice array of food options to purchase.

The staff were fantastic! All the ladies were super friendly. Nick drove us around to a couple of cool places. He gave us some good information and recommendations too. The room was very nice. The restaurant was great too!

    The continental breakfast was horrible.

    The continental breakfast was horrible. The room had ants in it. The tub had hair long hair all in the tub I had to clean the tub get some cleanser and clean the tub. There was no swimming pool like they advertised. They were outside the facility on the lot drinking beer and look like they were crackheads standing all around.

    I travel to KC fairly regularly.

    I travel to KC fairly regularly. Nelson Adkins is probably my favorite art museum of the dozens I have been in. The Plaza area is always nice, Westport is fun, WW 1 museum is great. I think the Power & Light District is OK, perhaps a little phony. The arts area is fun, the barbeque is good. I really like a weekend morning at City Market, and Knuckleheads is one of the best music venues on earth.

    We were there specifically to visit the WW1 memorial museum. The traffic was busy, but not bad. The museum was the best we have ever seen! And we have seen quite a few. Beautiful, powerful, sad and haunting throughout. The Orangewood hotel next to the airport was clean, well run and very reasonable, and the dinner food was surprisingly good! We really didn’t see any other part of the city before flying out.

    Loved the Country Club Plaza for shopping.

    Loved the Country Club Plaza for shopping. They could use at least one large department store like Dillards, Macy's or Nordstroms . If you have a chance to eat at Jack Stack they best barbecue hands down in the KCity area! Also check out Potbelly for a cool refreshing salad or shake!

    There was nothing good about our 2 night stay.

    There was nothing good about our 2 night stay. The hallways were hot. The air only worked in our rooms. The sheets & towels were dirty. We requested to be moved from the first set of rooms that had a horrible unclean smell in the bathroom. The next set of rooms were worse. The guy at the front desk was not frienldly at all.I emailed the manager for this location on Monday to express my concerns & I haven't received a reply back. It seems like this location obviously has had complaints that they care not to address! I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.

    The location is the main reason I selected this hotel. It's a short walk to Country Club Plaza with many shops and dining options; the Nelson Atkins Museum, and KC's art institute. The open layout, with large bathroom and sleep area separated by a partition, makes the room feel more spacious.

    The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. The general manager Ginelle was great. The location is perfect for the stadiums and it means you don’t have to fight for an under into Downtown. That said, the generally area isn’t great and there isn’t much to do locally.
