0We have stayed here many times. The rooms are always spotless, the beds are comfortable. Staff are wonderful. Our air conditioner is always in, theres alway, and a light. Its like coming home. The grounds are so pretty, and well maintained. We hope to continue to stay many more times.

Chileeverything the room, bathroom, beds, the staff. We just had a problem two days, it was a monday and tuesday, breakfast place was not fully stocked due to busy weekend and because only on tuesdays the truck with the stock goes to the hotel. Nevertheless Mark and Patt were very helpful.

CanadaGreat place! The room was renovated and the staff was super nice expect the cleaning man/lady try to come in the room before check out at 11am. The manager Ryan and the other staff was great, left my bag of chargers there and they email me to let me know they will have it for me whenever I can pick it up so hopefully it is still there.

You can take day trips to Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario from Lockport. This hotel is under renovation, there was nothing telling me this before arriving. Everything is disrupted or closed, pool, workout room, workers everywhere, noisy, radios blaring music. I can’t believe they are open while all of this is going on. Needed to stay a second night but ended up checking out at 5 pm and not staying. Offered no explanation, no apology, no refund, guy checking me out was nice but had no idea how to use the computer, took him 30 minutes poking around the computer and a call and texts to his boss, but still couldn’t check me out. This should not happen and other people need to be aware this hotel is not fully functional. Rooms should be at a very discounted rate if they choose to be open during construction and this should be fully disclosed.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

We only had a short stay in the town. We did eat dinner at the Pot O Gold Bar and Grill. The food was very good, especially the Corn Chowder and Buffalo Shrimp. Very nice town.
Very nice town. We were there for a hockey tournament, but were able to visit the Falls and also the Canal. Beautiful area in the Fall with all the amenities you need for a great trip . Lots of fun things to do . Would love to come back again some day .Guest review byBrianUnited States - 10.0
One of the best places we've stayed in years.
One of the best places we've stayed in years. I have never been in a hotel that was as clean as this one, even before Covid. Not a speck of dust or anything anywhere. Grounds are beautiful with pretty hanging flower baskets at every door. small gazebos around the grounds as well. Restaurants close by and distance to Niagra is 35 minutes.
