Better than expected! Pillows are heaven !

When we walked in, it was bright and smelled clean. Breakfast was free and delicious!

The location and sky deck. I really liked the view of the sunset from our personal window.

The rooms were big and very comfortable!

It’s a new property and it sparkles. So clean, so inviting! But the best part is the friendly staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and interested.

King suite was impressive! Large kitchen and a lot of space

Newer vibe, nice staff and good breakfast.

Clean Friendly staff Location

Everything. It was a nice experience for our family. It was me, my husband and our two boys.

It was a great hotel. Location and very clean. Well designed with spacious rooms

I can't say enough great things about Black Fox Lodge! I'm truly grateful for lodging accommodations that are NOT pet friendly. This is like trying to find Atlantis these days but thank you, Black Fox Lodge for clean, pet-free accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The building is pretty pristine and smells fresh and clean. It's convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and easy to get in and out of. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it!

Close to the island and Mel’s dinner.

Convenient!! Everything we needed was right there! We didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to!

Amenities and food were great, just a beautiful place to stay!

Great breakfast, easy check in even with us needing to check in early due to having oxygen in our car they made sure to accommodate us. Rooms were nice too

The professionalism of all staff. The facility was excellent.

Very conveniently located, easy access. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly. Loved the balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like the picture.

Great location, super friendly staff

The rooms have always been nice but they have been more recently updated and look great and are so comfortable. We have always been pleased with this property. Great value for the money spent!

The property seemed to be newly renovated. Inside & out was pretty & clean. Our room was comfy & felt more homey than a hotel. Everything was very clean & pillows were really comfy! Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Very clean close to the activities and places we wanted to be and within walking distance
