The washing sink was plugged; the fridge was leaking water on the carpet; and the handle on the shower was broken, so I could not take a shower. Sadly, Owego has nothing to offer the tourists or travelers. A decent restaurant doesn't exist. You have to drive to the Binghamton area to dine. It's difficult to feel safe at night.
