This is the 2nd time we have stayed...everything about this property is EXCEPTIONAL. From the moment you walk in...everything smells crisp and clean, staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and comfy, pool area is enjoyable, and THE EGGS FOR BREAKFAST ARE AMAZING!!! Everything was in our exception's the continental breakfast, the Host are very friendly and the room is clean and furniture was very comfortable! Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back again!

    We went to the Pomona Swat Meet.

    We went to the Pomona Swat Meet. We usually go 3 times a year. Getting arou d was pretty easy. Convenient. We did go to Steven's Steak house for dinner. That was a 10!!!! Great prime rib and steaks. Totally worth going for dinner. We will be going back to Steven's Steak House next time.

    Hotels need to make sure they put on their websites, if their are any additional charges other than the amount of the room that is charged through booking.com. No customer want to be unprepared and do not want no surprises once they get to the hotel, you charge your guest for open public parking but they staying in your hotel. Smoking customers got to go outside in the cold to smoke and all rooms are in smoking, staff is so vague and non friendly accept the guy who was cleaning around the hotel. He was super sweet and helpful and zi tipped him. I am a bartender and customer service is everything!

    We stayed for 3 nights so we could attend a car show on the Sunday nearby, had planned on doing a lot more but the weather was a shocker. Staff were great very happy with our choice of accommodation.

    Pomona has a lot of nice restaurants like Merenderos Mexican...

    Pomona has a lot of nice restaurants like Merenderos Mexican restaurant, Mi Cafecito coffee shop or a staple of Pomona Donahoos Chicken. There are a ton of other places to eat, as well as the downtown area which is also pretty cool and it’s a pretty fun nightlife that they have with nightclubs, the famous Fox Theater and other various sorts of entertainment. But there’s also a lot of bad parts to Pomona with gangs, drugs and prostitution on the main corridors, like Holt Ave. and Mission Blvd.

    There was gross stuff on the walls. The towels were dirty. The free breakfast was not offered supposedly because we needed to make a reservation, which was not I dictated at the time of reservation. There was an additional charge for parking that was also not published.

    The Doubletree Pomona was nice.

    The Doubletree Pomona was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and there was parking, however they do charge for it. The location was good and easy to find. The room had a double bed and a sofa and there was extra room, which made it comfortable.

    The location is excellent if your only plan is to go to the fairplex. Its not walking distance but its a very easy uber or lyft ride. Also, of youre coming from the ontario airport, public transportation will drop you right in the corner of the hotel and you can get the bus back to the ontario airport taking the bus on the same spot. There's a Dennys next to it

    The guy from reception was very friendly. The room did not smell badly. Parking available. We booked two nights but left after the first because we were disgusted by the room. To be fair the hotel offered us a different/better room after complaining but we ve had enough and left.

    I didn't like anything about the hotel because I never got the chance to stay in the room. I asked for a refund because Priceline or booking.com picked the wrong City and I got stuck with the bill and didn't even try to make it right so basically they just flat out stole My money
