The place was immaculately clean! The design was very tasteful and modern. I also liked that it was located out of the city and up on a hill, far from the city chaos. Very nice gym too!

The Swan Hotel not only met our expectations but exceeded them. We got a cozy cottage with our dog, and we were all extremely comfy. The staff even put a dog bed, treats, and had food and water bowls set up. It is the perfect location. We were able to walk to all the great restaurants and do our shopping. Being at the end of Water St. made it even more peace due to the one-way street. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, staff!

We had a beautiful view from our room. Stunning, really.

We had a beautiful view from our room. Stunning, really. We were quite comfortable in every way. I would recommend this room for couples who want to have a “getaway” weekend, to feel spoiled, and enjoy themselves. It’s a special place! We ate in their farm to table restaurant. We walked the trails. We were able to take the ferry to other islands and into Seattle.

We loved the cute neighborhood, nice sized room, little Beach walking area and the amazing staff! We spent two long lingering dinners at the fireside restaurant and a lovely cartel breakfast. Our server Weazel both nights was fabulous as was their sommelier Dorian. He sent us to a lovely lil winery on Bain bridge island on our way out. It was great! Our server Hailey at breakfast was also great. Loved our stay other than the maids missing our room even tho I had the please tidy up sign on. I went to retrieve my own towels and waters, and made do. Everything else was wonderful and mistakes can happen anywhere. All in all we loved it and will return, even just to see Weazel, Dorian and eat the incredible food!

Port Ludlow is really not a destination.

Port Ludlow is really not a destination. Nothing much to do other than to hike - which we did. I understand they have a nice golf course, but didn't play. Only restaurant was the Fireside, at the Resort

Beautiful sunset and walk along the trail and docks.

Beautiful sunset and walk along the trail and docks. View of the Olympic mountains. Cozy fireplace and jetted tub were wonderful after a brisk fall day. Be sure to check out the little aquarium up in Port Townsend too.

We were excited to be staying in Port Ludlow area.

We were excited to be staying in Port Ludlow area. The drive in was scenic and the marina area is beautiful. However, after several days we found little to do in the town area itself. There are maybe 2 restaurants and 1 store. The commercial area is very small and limited. It did feel warm and inviting. The area seemed pretty enclosed to the locals and various housing developments. Maybe we just didn't give it enough of a chance. Contrast that with Port Townsend which is very inviting to visitors with many amenities to visitors with different interests. I know, not entirely fair comparison but we probably would not visit nor stay in Port Ludlow area again. However, we did like the proximity to Indian Island/ Marrowstone Island, and Port Townsend.
