United StatesThe staff was very accommodating and nice. The rims were clean. There were some decent cable channels to watch. Plenty of parking. Located near several eateries. Breakfast was nice, no sausage or bacon, but made to order omelettes or pancakes plus other selections. Good shower pressure and temperature. Comfortable beds. I'd stay again for sure.

United StatesClean rooms. Nice staff. I needed milk in the morning. They have a vending machine with milk. Nice location, easy to find, easy on and off the freeway. Easy booking online with no prepay if you want to pay when you get there. Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush they gave us a choice of fixing the problem, or we could have another room. we took another room with no problem they gave us new key cards and a room number right across the hall.

The shower was filled with mold in the sealed areas.
The shower was filled with mold in the sealed areas. It didn't look like the shower had been cleaned in months. The toilet had dried pee on the seat. Had not been cleaned. Hair on the back of the seat. No tissue The bed was hard. The comforter had holes and a burn mark? It was dirty. The blanket had hair all over it. The sheets felt like there was sand in them. I kept getting whiffs of pee smell from the mattress every time I turned over in bed. Super disgusting. Did a human or dog pee on the bed is all I could think of. When I asked for extra pillows the staff was reluctant and just left me standing in the 75 degree waiting area. The waiting area was very shabby. The leather chairs had holes all over them. Speaking of staff... Not a very happy bunch. No smiles. No pleasantries exchanged while waiting 10 minutes for pillows from the 3rd floor. Then to wait to have pillow cases found and placed on them. Nice little town.
Nice little town. Really like the gift store with the large mushroom and other sculptures outside, near the motel. Liked the patk - venue for performances. Looked like iSutherlin was livable. They showed a nice coffee area in their photos but, NOPE...
They showed a nice coffee area in their photos but, NOPE none of that. That would have been nice since there was no in room coffee. But I did not go for the coffee, I went for a clean place to sleep. That I got. Clean bed, TV and towels in the bathroom that were clean and fresh. AM staff was mean but hey I did not go there to make friends. I was also able to give my fur baby a good nights rest and a run in the morning. So if your traveling with your fur baby and looking for a good nights rest and a shower stay at Motel 6 Sutherlin! But this particular Motel 6 stands out for the woman at the desk . Right away you see she has a sense of humor, and she put me at ease immediately. There was some mix up about my room and she solved that problem too. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The place was clean, I was able to get a room that worked well for me, there was plenty of grassy area for my pup, and the welcome by the woman at the desk was the icing on the cake.Guest review bySandraUnited States
