What didn't I like? The place is GORGEOUS, all their land is perfectly landscaped and has manicured rose gardens. The lake view is stunning, the entire 24 hrs. Gorgeous in the daytime, like a painting, and at night you can see the lights in the town and stars/moon. Pool was clean and had steps and a couple of jetted loungers built in. Plenty of seating even if the resort is full. Good playground, plenty for kids to do especially if they're not alone. We were in a luxe room, which has a separate bedroom, two balconies (one for bedroom, one for living room) and if you need it, robe and slippers. One balcony has a drying rack for your wet clothes and the other has table and chairs. The terrace, breakfast, and restaurant were all wonderful. The restaurant: Open til 2230, bar service until 0000hrs. We tried many different options. Service is good and chef does a good job with alternative menu options. I personally do not recommend leaving the resort to eat anywhere else since parking in town is a nightmare and the resort restaurant has multiple ethnicity options to vary your nightly menu. It had everything we needed. Itemized receipt provided at checkout, transparent service and charging Most comfortable bed I slept in the entire 2.5 weeks in Uzbekistan. I traveled everywhere and this was the most comfortable bed by far. Thank you for giving me a more than full night's sleep finally. AC works well. Security is really good, friendly. Plenty of parking. Good signage to find the place. Quiet, away from the chaos and bustle. This was important to us. You can also walk down to the lake if you don't mind a steep hike. This is a beautiful location and total tranquility. The main lobby has a young man working there who was the nicest guy I spoke to my entire time in Uzbekistan. I do not know his name but I hope management acknowledges him because he was supremely pleasant to talk to and genuine in his interactions.

This place is gorgeous. We were so happy. The staff was wonderful. The young man who waited on us for meals informed us he would not be there on our last day because he was leaving for university. Parents do you remember how you felt when your child left for university? That is how we felt. The pool is very clean and they even have basketball and futbol court. The buildings are beautiful. If I keep going on we will be here for hours. 😉 The woman who keeps everything running smoothly (Zulfia) is extremely professional but watch out, her smile and very kind personality comes through quickly. We will be back here. Dean and Ana.

We had an amazing family stay at this mountain hotel! Everything was new, modern, and beautifully maintained, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, offering plenty of space and comfort for the entire family. The staff truly stood out with their super friendly and attentive service, always ready to help with a smile. The peaceful surroundings and excellent facilities made it a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and family-friendly holiday in the mountains! We recommend going up to the closest mountain with the cable car. It was beautiful at the sunset.

Beautifully located and organized. Has big yard to offer great time for adults and kids. Service could have been better (it was slow) but everyone around was doing their best to accommodate our big company and we totally enjoyed the vibe, the atmosphere, the fire and music.

Hotel staff were polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable and also clean. I like that each room has nice balcony with a view on swimming pool or garden, also you can see mountains. I like swimming pool(has small swimming pool for kids), has amazing garden with statues, benches, fountains and overall the design of the hotel itself.

The view from the deck is beautiful. The food was very good and freshly prepared. The area is very hilly but it is still possible to walk from the hotel to the trail for Little Chimgan. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and they arranged a driver for us to go to some hiking areas further away.

    Wonderful place in the lap of nature.

    Wonderful place in the lap of nature. We did 3 long walks - one to the edge of the backwaters, one up in the mountains and one into the nearby farms. Loved to get away from the citiesand enjoy the fresh air and solitude.
