Great location as it was closer for our business at the Consulate. Very friendly staff & very clean. As a returning guess I expected nothing less than before. My Friend Jp & myself had an excellent stay there. Ms Caroline & her companion were absolute gems!

The staff went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable. Even when some things I requested for were not part of their duty, they still joyfully got it done for me. Special shout out to Talisa. She especially did everything possible to make my stay comfortable, and help me get my passport back. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cape Town. Kudos!

Staff were wonderful, especially Rowena and Nicola.
Room was a bit dated and the bathroom lacked ventilation. This meant the room was a little musty if we were away all day and unable to air out the room adequately.
Otherwise, this was an excellent stay. We had family staying nearby, but we were very grateful to escape the family chaos with our room in the trees and the garden pool.

Great breakfasts and incredibly friendly people. We will return, if God wills.
In our trip we was in 7 hotels in South Africa with rating above of 9 and this is the best. If other hotels have 9 this should be evaluated on 20/10
Everything was great: breakfast (tastes with great view and cozy kitchen) , location (close to beach and city), room, view from room, all the plase is very clean. Owner of property great, helpful and know a lot abou SA.
I strongly recommend this place to stay, it will be excellent experience which add extra impression of SA. It is not simple hotel, it is attraction
This is an exceptional hotel with most professional and dedicated staff who could not have been more charming. The room was stunning - we were very graciously upgraded as we were celebrating a significant birthday but I am sure all rooms here are wonderful. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. We ate in the restaurant two nights and had room service on the third - all truly delicious food. I am already saving up to stay here again next time I am in South Africa!
The hotel has great potential and fantastic views. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Air conditioning was even available. Staff were extremely friendly.
