recently had the pleasure of staying at The Upper House Hotel in Hong Kong for one night and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Our recent stay at the W Hong Kong was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for our entire visit. The attention to detail and the exceptional service we received made our stay truly unforgettable. Special shout out to Alex and Anson, whose hospitality and kindness exceeded all our expectations. Their thoughtful gestures (we only ask where the nearest store to buy a sim card, instead they provide us with two!) and personalized welcome (a nice bottle of wine) made us feel incredibly special. The surprise gift they arranged for us was a delightful touch, adding an extra layer of luxury and comfort to our stay. The hotel itself is a haven of elegance and modernity, with beautifully designed rooms that offer breathtaking views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and every aspect of the hotel radiated sophistication and style. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with a variety of delectable options that catered to every palate. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction!

The Hotel well located, most of everything next to the hotel ( mini market, 7eleven, Restaurants ( Chinese & Korean), McDonald is front of the hotel door,salon,…) The Olympic MTR station is just straight to the hotel five minutes by walk. You can hangout everywhere and easily to find the MTR station to back to your hotel location, you must need to have Octopus card to can easily use it for the MTR access as cannot access by cash or any other cards, and better to have Local SIM card for Easy use the Maps and to make your life more easy. The hotel teams are wonderful, from reception teams and concierge are wonderful and helpful, meanwhile thanks to my housekeeper she was lovely and very polite. The hotel has a bus shuttle to drop you in some of selected locations which is complimentary, I haven’t use it since I prefer to use the MTR more convenient but in case you need the teams are very happy to help you. A big THANKS. To the hotels teams from the management teams to the all employees for making my Birthday more enjoyable and made my trip fabulous and unforgettable, I have really enjoyed a lot the Beautiful view from my room floor 27th it’s so stunning you can see the night lights it’s amazing. Thank you so much for pampering me and made my Birthday more special. I am so grateful.
