Nicely designed hotel, comfortable room, close to restaurants and the beach. Good breakfast.

Everything was clean and well organized. Edoardo was a very responsible, friendly, and supportive host. We didn’t have breakfast included, but we were kindly offered free coffee and tea in the morning, which was a very nice gesture. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

It is a charming hotel with an extensive garden and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. While the main hotel building is historic, our room was located in a newer—but no less charming—building and included a balcony. It was wonderful to sit out there and look over the huge plane tree in the garden. The common areas in the buildings were beautifully decorated with antique objects, from paintings and furniture to unique puppets and fixtures.

Amazing location. The value was incredible for the spaciousness and quality of the bedroom and bathroom. Decor felt very classic Venetian. The staff were incredibly helpful and worked with me to arrange transport when options were busy. Stepping out of the hotel, you’re met with the most beautiful view and the area is very quiet, with a minute or so to gorgeous places to visit. So impressed for this price.

Location, cleaned and staff Dimora Marciana is a gem, especially if location is your top priority. It’s literally a 2-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and also very close to the vaporetto (boat) station, which makes getting around Venice incredibly easy—even with luggage. The property is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, blending classic Venetian décor with modern touches. It feels elegant without being stuffy. The staff are warm and friendly, adding to the welcoming, boutique-hotel vibe.

I wanted to compliment Matteo and the staff of Residenza La Loggia for the excellent experience. Right from check in Matteo gave us great help with directions and anything we needed. Perfect location halfway between Rialto Bridge and Piazzale San Marco. The breakfast was fantastic and was served directly in the room, after a time was agreed. Super recommended!

Having been here before with young children, my husband on a mini break and my parents before this place never disappoints- fantastic personal service, beautiful surrounds, gorgeous pool and spa and such a good helpful team. We can’t wait to come back to this world class hotel!

The hotel is gorgeous! Very cozy! The location is great; near good restaurants! The staff is amazing! Besides all that, my wife loved the bathroom. She said that it was made for women! There was a very good hair dryer and a mirror specially made for her to put makeup on.

Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped; staff is very professional and friendly, attentive to guests; attractive, interesting Muranese-themed decor in public rooms - all in good taste w/comfort and intimacy in mind; small fitness area by reservation only - good eqpmt; very good bar+terrace; also interior bar which is more intimate (lovely barman!); airport transfer. And location is excellent (if you want a quieter stay than in central Venice (only short boat ride to Venice, purchased ticket required), ambiance of Murano is interesting/authentic). Overall, a very good experience. we recommend.

The hotel is located perfectly for those who is coming to visit Biennale. At the same time the area around is not crowded. View is perfect - the lagoon and San Giorgio monastery on the opposite side. Very close to Arsenale station, takes about 80 mins to get from/to the airport by boat. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bathroom. Nice friendly people.

The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful. The service can't be matched. The location was ideal - short walk to St. Marco's Square and all the famous attractions (and tourists). But walking in the other direction brings you to a more residential area with quiet parks and restaurants. Highly recommended!
