The location is incredibly convenient. The place is lovely, very clean and modern, and being a shared stay with the owner was actually a plus, because she’s so respectful and keeps separate, but if you feel like a chat she’s a very warm and fascinating lady. Really relaxed and comfortable place to stay, with a beautiful spacious bedroom with a stylish modern bathroom right next to it that’s all yours for the stay. Perfect place to base yourself for a Melbourne visit.

We loved the cozy space. It was well-furnished, maintained with care, and equipped with an abundance of amenities. Chloe was a wonderful host who had only been kind and understanding to our family. (Even after we’ve caused a few mishaps. Sorry!) In our week-long trip, the accomodation had not only lived up to our expectations, but surpassed them greatly. And if there is a next time we might consider booking here again :) Thanks for having us!

I was bringing my sister to the hotel to celebrate her 70th birthday. From the moment we spoke to the lovely staff at reception to the moment we departed we were overwhelmed by the customer service the staff gave us. Please forward our utmost regards to all staff for their friendly assistance in all areas of the beautiful Grand Hyatt. We experienced High Tea and again the service from the lovely staff was impeccable and the food was absolutely beautifully presented and lovely and fresh.

Loved the place. I arrived last minute after another location I reserved (on Booking.com I might mention which is why I will no longer be using this site) and after they processed my refund (which took about 2 hours on the phone), I was lucky enough to stay here. I had a big apartment-style hotel with good wifi, a nice living room area, full kitchen and big bed. They allowed for a late checkout and were really helpful every step of the way.
