Very convenience location. I travelled from Vancouver to Victoria by bus, walking from bus depot to here is just 5 minutes. When I left Victoria by Clipper ferry., the Steamboat pier is just across the street. The room is very nice decorated, kind of warmly touch, not plain modern. We can see Parliament building and a part of inner bay.

Exceptional service, beautiful building and suite. All facilities, such as swimming pool, sauna and hot tube were working, towels and all needed were provided. Absolutely lovely tea ceremony, we spend an hour and half with drinking excellent tea with sandwiches and deserts. Staff was so kind and helpful, especially Cheryl.

This is on the waterfront, but away from the busy center. There are some really good places to eat and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the parliament building. The suit was wonderful with lots of space, comfortable bed and sofa, with a well equipped functional kitchen area.

The hotel location was superb, on the waterfront in a quiet area, near to the Fisherman's Wharf but also within walking distance of downtown. The facilities were first class and the staff were unfailingly charming and helpful. We ate in their Blue Crab restaurant and found the food and presentation to be very good. On the basis of this experience we would definitely stay in this hotel or other Coast hotels again. I believe that they are owned by Japanese management and it shows in their attention to detail and service.
