    We went just before the museum started renovating the exhibits. It is interesting but we are definitely looking forward to the new and improved version, especially the Indigenous Cultures/History area.

    Must see!

    Must see! Great section on the Indigenous people of the area and how different they are from other provinces (which we unfortunately seem to lump all together). Great insight! They have an IMax theatre there as well and we saw the Turtle 1/2 hr movie which was very interesting! We ran out of time!

    The service was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so nice and accommodating—especially the housekeeping staff. Also, the location of Hotel Rialto is perfect—right in the city, with access to a variety of restaurants (and only a short walk to the Royal BC Museum and other cultural/historical venues!).

    Loved having a kitchenette and the extra living room space. Charming hotel near everything, tucked behind the Royal BC museum. Only a 5-minute walk to the Empress, the Parliament building and to the harbor area (Clipper Ferry, Harbor Air, etc) and great restaurants!

    We love the location to the amazing Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum & Victoria Harbour and downtown Victoria. Parking is on site & feels safe. The staff is always helpful & pleasant. The hotel is very clean & well appointed. We have only ever had a room with a kitchenette which we love.
