CanadaWelcoming staff and early entry was made available for our room. Beautiful view of the harbour from our room. Breakfast was huge and good value. The reading room is large and relaxing. Just a perfect stay.
Of particular note, the staff was extremely helpful when we unexpectedly had a family emergency. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends.

We went just before the museum started renovating the exhibits. It is interesting but we are definitely looking forward to the new and improved version, especially the Indigenous Cultures/History area.

The location can’t be beat. The hotel is located right on the harbor, but away from the busy throngs of pedestrians. We were able to easily walk to most of our destinations. We enjoyed a meal at the hotel’s Fathom Restaurant and utilized the fitness center. We especially loved being right next door to the Parliament Building and Royal BC Museum and recommend making reservations and eating at the Parliamentary Dining Room - a unique experience.

The location was terrific - right across from the ferry. We were able to easily walk around the harbor, to parliament, the Royal BC Museum and tea at the Empress Hotel. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation to Butchart Gardena and the airport. The view from our room out to the harbor was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Location was amazing, kitty corner from the Beacon Hill park, legislature building and the royal bc museum, yet, our room was very quiet . Spacious room, comfy beds and pillows, handy kitchen with a full size fridge. Best of all - daily cleaning that we didn’t have to request or pay extra for. We loved coming back to our made-up room - a little treat made our stay so much more enjoyable. Just thank you so much!
