Very convenient location to stay a few days in Basel. A little bit out of the centre of Basel, but excellent access to the city using public transport, which comes for free with the guest card. Covered free parking across the road. This must be the 4th time we have stayed here. Very friendly staff.

Very nice breakfast, dorms, beds, showers, and common areas. My only complaint — and it’s a minor one — was that I couldn’t charge my phone overnight as I didn’t have a USB > Lightning cord. Add an electrical outlet in the bunk and this place would get 10/10.

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spotless and well-organised. We loved the coffee machine, the fan, and the radio, not to mention the fantastic shower. They even welcomed us with complimentary drinks! We wouldn't think twice about staying here again. The location is perfect—just a quick 10-minute walk from bus 50 from the airport, or you can take bus 30 from the station, which is really close to the bus stop. Plus, there's a lovely garden where you can relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend buying a dry bag to join the locals swimming along the Rhine and soaking up the summer sun. It's such a fun way to enjoy the area!
