We had a great 5-night stay here. Robert is super nice and hardworking. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had a car but often took the bus because it was SO convenient and reliable and got us everywhere. Breakfast was delicious (and abundant!!). My family and I had a lovely time.

Clean specious room , around 10m by bus from the center. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Pool was perfect escape from the summer hit.

What an awesome hotel with fantastic views! We loved the breakfast and had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very good. Loved the pool, hot tub, and spa area. The rooms were very nice and had USB and USB-C ports in the wall which was convenient.

Located 2.5 mi outside of Lucerne’s town center, the Felmis offers a restaurant with 2 terraces, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Lake Lucerne is just a 20-minute walk away.

Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Restaurant meal was very good; food was fresh and presented well. Ample parking was appreciated. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

You can't beat the central location to Old town and the train station. This 2 bed , 2 bath unit is massive, the largest accommodations we stayed at for our 2 weeks in Europe. We walked 8 minutes from station to flat and had early check-in at 10am ! We also had the front desk hold our bags so we could enjoy the city until our train left for Zurich at 3pm.

Housed in a former Guild Hall, the Hotel des Balances enjoys a picturesque location on the Reuss river in the heart of Old Lucerne. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
