I’ve been traveling around China for 5 months and this was my most memorable stay thanks to the lovely people. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and make it an enjoyable travel experience, from helping book tours to always being happy to chat. Bonus is the hotel connects to a running/biking trail (also leads straight to Reed Flute Cave) and the location is very convenient.

⸻ Incredibly Friendly Staff and Genuine Hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was one of the most warm and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

Staff were the most helpfull people i have ever met. They will help you with everything. She once brought me to the city center on her own scooter and brought me to the best Guilin Rice noodle place and even bought me some Milk with it. Also with booking tickets etc they help a lot.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from the night market. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist us, helping to arrange both a river cruise and an excursion to the Yangshuo Ruyi walk with the cable car. This is a beautiful property with nice, large comfortable rooms right on the bike path a short ride outside of Guilin. For our first time to the area it was ideal for day trips in opposite directions to visit Yangshuo and the rice terraces - both truly amazingly memorable experiences with incredible landscapes. We especially enjoyed breakfast with our attentive host who cooked us delicious noodles each morning. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!
