Beautiful apartment with high quality and modern features. The rooftop patio has spectacular views. By necessity there are many steps to the penthouse. The exercise equipment was appreciated. The location was amazing and so easy to walk to attractions and stores and restaurants. August was extremely responsive and helpful.

Centrally located with a quick 7 minute walk from the Central Train Station. Our standard room was large enough for both of our suitcases to be opened and still walk around. There was a window that we could open when the room got a little stuffy and warm. The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options from eggs, meat, cereal, yougurt, fruit and nuts breads, and salad with an abundance of coffee, tea and juce. You can even do laundry at this hotel. But, what really impressed me the most was the staff. They all are WONDERFUL!!! My husband had a bike accident and was laid up for couple of days until our flight home. They knew that I was stressed and there wasn't anything they wouldn't do to help me out. They helped me get the bikes back to the hotel, they gave me ice for my husband's swelling, sent my husband a little bag with treats, and even let me checkout late and didn't charge me. I have never had this kind of service before and I am so appreciative.

Everything was wonderful, starting from the breakfast (very delicious and various), to the room (very clean and modern and to mention that they have a pillow service - you can change your pillow if you don’t like the one on the bed, and it’s free). The staff was very friendly and kind (kisses to Susan especially). The distance from the train station and Metro was 15min wich wasn’t a problem at all for us, and the flixbus station is very close (4 min).
