We were a group of 4 people including a 1 year old child, and this place was perfect for us. The infant slept in a baby cot and by her side I slept on a sofa bed, which was very comfortable :) We also liked the kitchen which had enough equipments. Upon checking in, I realized I made a mistake (100% my fault), but the receptionist Claudia kindly tried to solve the issue for more than one hour. We truly appreciated her support!

The hotel are one of the best and it deserves a 5 star value instead of 4 I realy recommend it but it is alitte bit far from attraction sites but it was not a problem to me. I liked it because it was very close to central train station which I need it to travel to other places. If I travel again to Granada definitely i will chose this hotel again. I recommend it for the others.

Mercedes was so kind talkative and friendly person. I stayed 2 nights at hostel, i slept very well. There was filter coffee machine I really appreciated for this. I loved Granada so much, if i come back to Granada I will stay at Mercedes place again🩵 adios💜

I loved the apartment. The location is amazing, few steps from the cathedral, and close to the bus stop to Alhambra. The design and furniture are functional and cool. Theres a lot of space. The sofa bed is extremely comfortable as a real bed. The terrace is amazing. Extra point for the toiletries, they give also hands cream, and all of them of high value and amazing perfumes. There's a channel on WhatsApp for 24h communication with the staff

Great location! basically, you can reach every tourist attraction by walking and also if you don’t wanna walk city tour buses are 30 seconds away from apartments. So clean👌 you will feel at home when you enter. I can also tell huge apartment with really comfy beds. Wi-Fi was working without any problem even the owner arranged Netflix etc. on TV for guests which was a nice gesture. The staff was helpful, everything went smoothly I will definitely come back👍
