The room was exceptionally clean and well designed. I loved the light fixtures and the colors in the room. The shower water pressure was really nice and the toiletries provided were good quality. The breakfast spread was the best I've ever seen. I'm vegetarian and there were plenty of options for me. My favorite was the beans and falafel and I had a bowl of blueberry oats, greek yogurt were the berry puree. The staff was very warm and would greet me as they passed by me.

Enjoyed the stay. Very unique experience. Food can be improved and add some variety in the breakfast. But it was still decent generous breakfast. Currently they have in Finnish, English and French food options in the breakfast. Room, bed and facilities are great. Very quite space. We choose to try the bath tub as it was a cold weekend in Helsinki. It was good but getting in and out can be dangerous/hard for some people especially old people. But over all experience was great. I would recommend anyone to go stay here. Also it is in walkable distance to the sea side where you can walk and relax.

The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and spacious with modern Scandinavian interior design and decorations. However, what truly made my Bob W stay a perfect 10 is the phone support I received at 6 am after our office Christmas party. There are apparently two different Bob W locations within about a block of each other. In my post-party state I was not paying close enough attention and blindly followed Google Maps. When the code for the door didn't work, I called the support line and an incredibly patient and kind staff member did all he could to ensure I got to my apartment safely. It took us 2 calls and about 45 minutes, but I eventually made it to my apartment and got some great and much-needed sleep.

Best hotel experience in a while! The focus on sustainability, wonderful hospitality, and stunning Finnish architecture by Anttonen Oiva Architects, along with all the interior design details, was unlike most you see. Ten points!
