It was the touches of hospitality that wowed us. The extra bed was made for our 3 year old daughter and they left a children's book for bed time stories. In the bath room next to our bath robes was a smaller bath robe and slippers just her size. She felt very special wearing this.

It was an amazing time at the spice of life, the room was super clean and comfortable, with a nice hot tub, location is central. We stayed 3 nights around London Pride and will repeat this hotel at every chance I get. The hotel feels well maintained and things look recently renovated. All the nice decorations finishes make it feel so welcoming. Great and modern air conditioner and the noise isolation in the rooms was top quality. The washroom and shower are big and had a heating towel rack.
