I had the room with the balcony, and I’m so happy with my choice! The view was incredible and really enhanced the experience. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring Pisa. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It made my trip even more memorable. Great experience overall!

Excellent location, easy walking distance from all the main attractions and near restaurants, bars. Breakfast in cafe only 2 minutes walk. Very clean, towels changed on Day 2 (of a 3 night stay). Landlord (Alessandro) easily contactable when needed.

Room was ready at 10.30 am when we arrived in Pise, a large room for my partner and I. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, staff asked if we wanted eggs in addition to the buffet(omelette, scrambled etc..). During the day, you can go to the main living room to grab a snack and make a coffee or have a glass of water (still or fizzy). You can also relax or read a book in some super comfy armchair. Please notice that in the shower within our room, water came from a head built into the ceiling. We didn't mind, but maybe some people would. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The area is really calm and at 20min from the train station and the pise tower. There is one supermarket at less than 5min, and another one at 5min in Via Guglielmo Oberdan (a central street). Would recommend 100%!

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed in my life. The reason??? They care!!! You can see it in every detail, they just put a lot of effort into making a comfortable stay for you. The place is spotless, everything have it thoroughly thought, they left us a feast in therms of food and drinks and the host is super responsive, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you so much!!

The Perla del Borgo is in the center of the Pisa action. Our room overlooked a busy street below and there was always something going on. My wife and I enjoyed hearing the street noise so we kept the window open most of the time. But when we wanted quiet all we had to do was shut the window and enjoy the comfy room. The bed was great, as was the TV and bathroom. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast with Elizabeta. She was the only staff member we met during our stay and she was a pleasure to talk to. There are many great wine bars and restaurants everywhere around this area, so you can’t go wrong. The Leaning Tower is less than 10 minutes away by foot, and the airport and train station are just a short ride. This was a great trip and a great stay at the Perla. Note: you will have to walk up two flights of old stairs with your luggage. So I would not recommend this B&B to anyone with mobility problems. Otherwise you will love it!

Steps away from the incredible Leaning Tower and the Square of Miracles. As a result we spent a lot of time marvelling at the scenery, enjoying the park. We walked along the walll as well. The hostess runs the restaurant below where we enjoyed a lovely meal It is a 30 minute or less walk to the train station through a wonderful pedestrian walkway in the shopping district.
