I LOVED after a long cold day having a steaming hot shower to go back to. I was also very shocked and happy the staff had served us fresh juice on a silver tray after our long travel. They provided very detailed instructions on different ways to access the hotel apartments as well as travel for our early morning to the airport & bags being brought up the stairs & down the road for us. Thanks guys!!

Our recent stay at this hotel was, in a word, perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making us feel instantly welcome. Our room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The location was superb, allowing easy access to Venice's magic while still feeling serene. Every single detail, from the quality of the breakfast to the ambiance of the common areas, exceeded our expectations. We honestly couldn't find a single fault. We loved the beautifully appointed rooms and the fact that all of our boys had their own beds. The staff was amazing and even accommodated us with breakfast and coffee at 6:45am before breakfast started due to an early departure which they had set up a water taxi for us since it raining.
