The hotel was very accessible to the airport connect by both Keikyu line and the Monorail. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was well curated. The facilities all worked.

Hisayo is so incredibly welcoming and in the short time I was there I watched her make introductions and find connections between the guests, making it a very warm and friendly atmosphere where all the guests helped each other and made plans for the future. She goes above and beyond. It was beyond the experience I had hoped for. ☺️

An absolutely awesome space to kick back and relax. Room was huge and had everything you could need. Bathroom and shower was also very large and spacious. Location perfect for Haneda airport

Great location. The room was very nice and the air conditioning cooled the room quickly. The laundry facilities had a washer/dryer unit that provides it own detergent and locks with a person code so that only you can access your laundry. Staff spoke English well and were very helpful.
