The set meal at the restaurant was excellent and the service impeccable.
The twin beds were large and comfortable. The river view was wonderful and the sound-proofing was good.
I appreciated the nespresso in the morning. We enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Location: Skytree view from the window was amazing! Free amenities in the reception area: I took bath salts and a face mask to relax at the end of the day. Deep bath. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big room with a sitting area. I needed an iron one morning and room service brought an iron up to my room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tokyo hotels are usually noisy at night (noisy customers), but this hotel had really good sound proofing. I could hear the drunk lady singing next door and the kids jumping around in another room, but it wasn’t noisy enough to stop me from sleeping. That’s a big deal in Japan! Good sound proofing is rare! This hotel was really comfortable in an excellent location.

KAIKA is an ART boutique hotel you must visit if you love art and design: the feeling is unique and special, also offering a very high value for money. The hotel is stunning, the service is great, the staff is kind and extremely polite. Rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. Full of facilities are available including Wi-Fi. There is no staff in the building but communication was really easy through the app. They were really attentive. The apartment has all you could need like hair dryer, washing machine with detergent, iron and kitchen appliances.The person cleaning in the lobby was pretty nice too.
