Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was exactly as described and looked like the pictures
Great tub and water pressure for shower.
The in house washers and dryers were great as well - they have auto added soap and normally I can't do those because of smell sensitivity but this soap was unscented and didn't bother me.

Location is great, short walk if take the Limousine Bus from Haneda to Sunshine City Terminal. Short walk to west Ikebukuro and Sunshine city. My wife left her gold ring during our stay and the host kindly kept it for week until we had time to pick it up.

A bit outside from center like Tokyo Station but such a wonderful deal. Walking around the neighborhood is relaxing away from the hustle bustle. Check in is beautiful, staff very friendly and so helpful. There was a lounge area with snacks/drinks/games and seating area to enjoy, super cute and welcoming. The amenities was a super cute plus that I was not expecting to be so good. Room was spacious, clean, beds and pillows were so comfy. Will definitely return!

The owner of Sheena to Ippei is the loveliest and most helpful person -- I felt so warmly welcomed upon arriving and throughout my stay! Additionally, the facilities are cozy, comfortable, and very clean.
In terms of location, it is only a short walk from the nearest metro station (Shiinamachi), but note that only the Ikebukuro Line stops there, meaning that transfers will often be necessary. It was no problem for me, as I enjoyed walking around the area (there are lots of little local gems!) but just something to keep in mind if planning on exploring many parts of Tokyo.

Very clean, quiet and covenient with provisions for washing clothes, cooking/heating food. It’s like mini home away from home. There’s conbi around the corner for midnight snack cravings. Also, efficient check in/check out process. Please note though that it is a 7-10min walk to ikebukuro station. :)
