The staff is very friendly. Everyday they would clean the room、take out the trash and keep the room so tidy. The room have Japanese Style that Tatami room is so great. We also have a lot of space to take a rest in busy Tokyo.

It was one of the best stays in Tokyo. Just a minute from Kuramae station. Bathrooms are very clean and the beds are not cramped. Felt very safe as a female solo traveller. The luggage area under the bed is very spacious and lockable as well. Wfh friendly too. They have a lounge with lots of sockets and fast wifi. Beside their building, there’s a Sukiya and a Mcdonalds. Convenience stores are all nearby. There’s a good ramen place at the back alley too. Everything is perfect.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Laundry in the unit is very helpful. Local restaurants and dining/shopping options. This was my second time staying there and will do it again. Cannot recommend more.

Spacious hotel for Tokyo standard and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, location is close to a major station making it easy to get around Tokyo.
The staff was very friendly and service oriented. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Great location, accessible to the trains, convenience stores and food places. We loved the fact it was so near Ueno park where there were lots to explore. The room was just right for our family of 5 and ready when we checked in. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The amenities they provided made our stay enjoyable.
