Had an amazing experience at this hostel! The staff really make all the difference — the cleaners, reception, baggage storage team and security were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bathrooms were consistently spotless, which I really appreciated. Every time I walked in, the reception team and security staff always greeted me with a smile and a warm "hi". Beautiful property very conveniently located 3 minutes walking from Plaza de Armas. Clean, comfortable, and large rooom. Great breakfast, and great value for money!
