The property was very pleasant, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, specially Ronaldinho, Junior e Cielo. The hotel also had a restaurant that is very good. Rooms and bathrooms are nice, spacious and very clean.

Stayed for 8 days as a solo traveler, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were very responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I had questions or needed help. One thing I really appreciated was the cleanliness. My room was cleaned every day, the bed was always made neatly, and the towels were replaced daily. After long days exploring Cusco, coming back to a tidy room was something I genuinely appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent and varied every day, which made a big difference during a longer stay. They served a combination of local and Western breakfast options, including fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, coffee, and coca tea. The Wi-Fi was reliable enough for work and video calls, which was important for me. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the main square, in a safe area with a nearby supermarket and easy access to the busy parts of the city.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center. I was so happy to come back and stay here again after finishing my trek.

The shower! amazing water pressure and temperature. The place is quiet, at least where our room was. Food was fabulous, it is a walkable distance but not that close. Beds are comfortable

Great wonderfully decorated property in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Ok breakfast but comparable to other hotels in Cusco, they were able to provide us with a to go breakfast for out early departure to the rainbow mountain however. Property also close to the viewpoint over the city. Luggage storage available.

Love it, 10 min away to the plaza de armas, location is good, lots of stores and restaurants around, breakfast is very good, staff was great and friendly, have a kettle in the room which makes it easier for your teas if the height is being an issue to you. No A/C but rooms are not hot they are quite comfortable.

Absolutely perfect position to explore Cuzco, the staff were friendly and the beds very comfortable. The view from our room out over the square was second to none.

Location! Location! Location! Close to everything - right in the heart of Cusco City Center. Feels like a luxury hotel, yet feels like a house. There's a restaurant on 2nd floor called Chica for fine dining. Free breakfast is amazing. This is an exceptional hotel.
