Beautiful location and top notch hotel. We happened to stay at a busy conference time but even with that, the service was perfection. The staff are super friendly and warm. The housekeeping team are exceptional, I really appreciated the pillow concierge as well. Honestly, I felt like we were royalty. We have 2 young children and they would run through making noise, I mean toddlers being toddlers. The staff were super friendly and always smiling at us. My daughter turned 5 on this trip and the exceptional housekeeping lady left us with a handwritten note wishing my daughter a happy birthday, and a fairmont little cuddly toy, Thank you Shwe Sin for making our stay that much more special. Thank you for your hard work and passion and the smiles you brought to every interaction with our children. Thank you!!

Difficult to give an exhaustive list. The staff was unbelievably friendly, but also professional and helpful: my daughter and me felt at home from the first minute. We used the swimming pool a lot, had dinner on the rooftop, enjoyed breakfast and the executive pre-dinner, liked our rooms which were comfortable clean and homely. Frankly: everything was perfect. The only thing to highlight again: the staff came across as a real team supporting each other, as nice people you felt like going out with, like employees who knew why they were there, like helpful partners helping organise trips, ... what can I say more. Nothing to improve on, but a lot to learn from.

Ideally located in the Funan Mall, lyf Funan Singapore by Ascott features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a fitness center.

I love the design of the room, it is really well thought of. Love the location too as it is very central and very convenient with the underground pass to the train station. There is also a water station on every floor, which is convenient. I also love the view of Fort Canning Park from my room. I do think a lot of thoughts have gone into designing the room and the entire concept of the hotel.

I stayed in a marina bay facing room and it was very comfortable and convenient to the likes of Clarke Quay and nearby shopping malls like Funan. It's also very close walk to the public transport bus stops and MRT station. The highlight was seeing the beautiful views from morning through night of Marina Bay Sands. Staff were wonderful. I'd happily stay here again.
