The staff bent over backwards to help. Shuttle service was great. Great service, great quality, and very modern and new.

The room was kept clean, even the cleaning staff was extremely good and cooperative, they couldn't speak English but they communicated via this translate app , my wife was sick , they helped a lot , then we have the front office staff , we met Ms. Coco on arrival she was extremely wonderful and throughout our stay always out to help and who would take that extra step , hats off to her , we stayed 5 days then went to Shanghai and came back for another 5 days, she was a vry nice person and did her best , I should also mentioned and salute Yvonne, a another efficient and a vry helpful girl , she booked tickets, ordered food because I didn't HV the apps used in china,I should mention this , one morning I got her to book tickets to visit the great wall for the next day , the same night my wife got sick again, so I went dwn around 1am and canceled the taxi, and told the guy at the reception, what he did was to inform Ivonne immediately, next morning Ivonne surprised me with a refund of 300 Y , I said how come u got the refund for the great wall tickets , she said as soon as she received the message that my wife is since and will not visit the great wall , she cancelled and got the money refunded, that is great service, she also helped throughout our stay there , Ms . Tuna ( hope I got her name write ) , she is not vry good with her English but she tries hard and was of great service, the two boys jack and jake they were surpurb.. all in all the young guys and girls there at Base are amazing, always looking to take a step extra and keep the customer happy. Thank you all , we will sure recommend you guys and will always stay there when ever we com to Beijing.. we HV traveled to many countries and u guys hv given a super service that you'll can be proud off .. we salute you all also thanks the GM there , he was extremely helpful.. tks Ramesh Jayaratne & Kanchana Senasingha

This is indeed a good hotel, more than I thought. It's got a good taste, following a certain theme, I liked it. Everything was good, they even have a collection of books, artworks, and other things in their huge lobby. Plus all the usual things you find in a hotel of this level. And it's very quiet.

The staff was so helpful and their English was really good! They were always happy to help us understand the Chinese apps or with restaurant recommendations. They were all lovely and really made the hotel feel like home :) The atmosphere in the lounge area was always so welcoming and warm, we got to speak to some of the other guests and they loved it as well! There was also free coffee and tea available in the downstairs lounge area. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're planning on visiting Beijing. The location is phenomenal, there is a bunch of local restaurants within the area and it is very conveniently located near to a fruitshop and you can easily reach some of the tourist sights by foot. It was great! And it was perfect for our family 7 day city trip :)

The location was really good, in the center of the city close to the embassies that we need it to visit, and the hotel was really clean and spacious.

Exceptional hospitality, the staff speaks perfect English, helps with recommendations, reservations and so on. The location is good.

The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Beijing and contributes to that beauty itself. The baroque style grandeur never seems out of place as it is combined with impeccable service. Luxury and comfort, not exclusivity, infuse the atmosphere. And it serves as a fitting base from which one could explore the Forbidden City (only 10 minutes walk away), the Wangfujing shopping area, the National Art Museum, etc.

Everything! Close to lots of attractions and metro station. The buffet has amazing variety of food, would stay here again!

Good location, close to the center of Beijing. Easier go any place for visiting.
