Amazing hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed at. It is pricey, but then you stay in luxury with attentive staff and everything that you could ask for. I didn't eat at the restaurants but I believe they are also very good.

Welcoming hosts. Clean, family friendly home. Ideal for o2 arena. Really was a dream room for my 8 year old's Birthday treat. Very child friendly, was just what I wanted for an affordable short stay in London. Hosts gave me extra info on best way to travel to and from the arena. We liked the fairy lights and butterfly's, my daughter enjoyed the cuddly toys. Genuinely had a dream filled sleep here. Lovely lady

Very friendly staff who go above and beyond the call of duty, even when I was late as check-in is 3pm to 11pm, the staff/company very understanding in allowing me to check in well beyond the 11pm deadline. 100% recommend the STAYSAFE hostel group. They are like family and great team work EXCELLENT LOCATION for families with kids as located inside Holland Park, that has great garden and stunning greenery and used by schools for sports for children of all ages including me who is a kid at heart to get exercise and enjoy the outdoors.

Our family stay at Leonardo's was outstanding, combining comfort, top-notch service, and kid-friendly amenities that made everyone feel welcome. Despite minor signage issues, it's a perfect urban retreat for families.

Excellent value. Quiet area. Family friendly. Small walled garden for children to have fun. Auto light lit the entrance area well and long enough to find the keys in the dark. All beds comfortable. Enough hot water for all to bath/ shower. 2 minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket, post office and a cafe with variety of lovely bites to eat and drink. Short distance to Underground with good service, early and late. We will definitley use this charming place again. Description of the place is 100% correct.

Really lovely, very well organised, friendly, clean, bright and felt very comfortable and secure there. Room was surprisingly quite spacious, we were a family of five. Love the individual curtains for each bed. My kids thought that was fantastic. The Staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. It was very child friendly. Breakfast, described as continental exceeded our expectations. Bread, toast, cheese, ham, jam, chocolate spread. Cereals, and boiled eggs. Great juice and coffee. Location is fantastic, and brilliant WiFi.
