The staff gave such great recommendations on food spots and where to get a good massage! They also made my husband’s birthday more memorable and special. I also enjoyed their lounge where they provide complimentary tea and snacks. The matcha welcome drink was also quite nice. Very spacious rooms for the price we paid!

I like this hotel a lot. It's close to a station, has lots of restaurants in the building, free use of the onsen, and the room was a nice size. The staff are helpful and friendly.
