Location. Great hotel. Upper floor. Nespresso on the room. Very clean

The location is at the center of the Namba area, we were only 5 min away from all the adjacent main streets. there are 24-hr restaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets nearby hence perfect for young travellers who like night life. This is a family trip for us. The room has a big living space and an open kitchen, perfect for us to make breakfast by ourselves in the morning.

The location is exceptional. Close to tourist spots and metro. The staff are very helpful especially Jean and Ricardo. Super clean, spacious and very comfortable room. We will definitely stay on the same hotel again when we visit Osaka in the future.

RATE - This is the BEST ACCOMMODATION so far that I had in OSAKA. My family and I will definitely recommend this place and will book this again when we come back next year! COMMUNICATION - The owner was really responsive and responds in right away or less than 6-8 hours. Thumbs up for this! CHECK-IN - The owner sent clear instructions a day before - Check-in was a breeze and no face to face interaction at all. LOCATION - It is right across JR IMAMIYA EAST EXIT which is very convenient if you are with seniors. If you take the cab going back home, just say JR IMAMIYA to the taxi drivers but specify that you are going to JR IMAMIYA not Shin Imamiya. - There is a coffee shop beside the accommodation. - There is washing machine inside the apartment but there is also a 24H laundromat across the the street facing the building. - LAWSON convenience store is beside JR IMAMIYA EAST EXIT - There is FAMILY MART two blocks away from the apartment. Use google maps to locate accurately. ACCOMMODATION - Size was average and every space was utilized which was really impressive. - Basic amenities are present. The beds are bigger than expected and are really really comfy for us. - There is water heater and the restrooms and shower/bath area are of Japanese topnotch standards. - There is a washing machine although take note that it does have a noticeable sound when it spins to wash the clothes. - We have been provided cleaning wipes, tissues, cleaning agents, laundry liquid detergent, toothbrushes and toothpaste, sufficient amount of towels that we washed too etc. - The refrigerator worker as expected. It did freeze things in the freezer. LOL - There is a mop and vacuum cleaner - There is sufficient amount of trash bags of different sizes. - There is a microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle that all worked as expected. - Cups, plates, utensils are all provided as well.

Special thanks to concierge Kazuyoshi Matsubara for the great help. I would like to note the excellent work of the hotel staff in general. We have not seen such hospitality for a long time. We will definitely come back here again.
