The front desk workers filled out all our papers for shipping luggage’s, and one of them even walked with us to the local family mart and helped us ship them due to the language barrier. Location is very good, extremely close to Dotonbori centre. Very lively area. Would stay here again on my next trip!!

The view is not so great but the toilet is super clean and the bathtub was amazing it’s deep and super clean. The toilet have in general cleaning function and it will flush automatically when you stand up.
