First of all, I was surprised that they built a luxury hotel at such a high altitude. The exterior looks like a wooden mountain lodge, which is well suited to the Swiss Alps, but when you enter the room, you can see that it is a sturdy construction using very high-quality wood. Although you can't see it, I think the framework that supports the entire load is made of reinforced concrete. It feels that stable. The hotel staffs were really supportive and friendly.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a elevator takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails.
