Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

the apartment was so clean and modernized. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so clean. I even felt compelled to use the toothbrush caddy for our brushes since it was spotless. thank you for exceeding our expectations.

Lovely owner available to answer any questions. Walking distance to the nearest supermarket and restaurants in Saas-Grund. Truly exceptional apart hotel. One of the best experiences we had in Switzerland. Great, quiet location, just a few minutes walk to the main street. The staff are most amazing, so helpful, welcoming and attentive. The apartment modern designed with great taste and luxury style. Every morning a generous and delicious breakfast was served in our room. The spa facilities were great addition. Definitely coming back to Zermatt to stay in this lovely hotel.

The property was amazing. The place was amazing and had this “cozy” sort of vibe. I think truly that the best part was the ambience. during the day people would gather and just enjoy together, let it be enjoying a small concert or just enjoying the beauty of the Swiss mountains. I really enjoyed my stay, the scenery was great + the place was amazing. I would go as far to say it was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. am 100% coming back here, Pure Heaven in earth.

the location is central and convenient. this is an historic hotel but looks good and very nice - outside and inside. we have been in various luxury hotels and here you get the grand hotel experience. excellent staff. excellent pianist in the lobby. big nice spa. the breakfast hall is a masterpiece. we enjoyed both their restaurants, especially the fondue. they have an horse and carriage. from our room we saw the matterhorn. extremely recommended.
