Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

    It's a very good hotel if you were in Macau with children in your family, especially if you wanted to stay away from the casinos. The two bedroom suite was an excellent choice for our family of four. The facade of the main building looked outdated, but the interior of the hotel and the rooms must have been recently renovated. So it deserved it's five star status.

    Helpful and friendly staff, they tried their best to help us arrange the transportation as Taxi are super hard to catch in Macau. Superb room, it was huge, great sea view, amazing bathroom, comfy bed. Breakfast's value was great. A good variety of food for selection (not the widest selections among 5 stars hotels, but given the price, it was great), they got all the good basics, most food choices were tasty.
