JW Marriott The Grand Hotel Bucharest is a majestic property with spacious rooms, excellent decor and amazing facilities. The housekeeping staff was polite, friendly and helpful. We had access to the Club Lounge, where the staff was courteous, especially Saroj, who catered to our dietary requirements as we do not eat beef and pork. Spa, gym and pool facilities were good, while Wifi speed was great throughout the hotel.

We booked 2 rooms, 19 floor. Both were large and very comfortable. The balconies are very welcomed , very nice and useful for the city view. The beds and pillows were very good! Breakfast very rich and abundant. Very clean in all hotel spots. Fast check-in and check-out. Used the hotel laundry service , was very good and fast and also expensive, but worth it. The restaurant at 21 floor has excellent food and view . Big TV with a variety of channels + Netflix app that was very useful . If traveling with a rented car , the parking costs 80 ron/day and its very close to the hotel entrance (no underground parking ) Location-Location-Location !!!
