The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Having a subway station and a supermarket right in front of the hotel made my travel itinerary incredibly convenient. The interior was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Since I stayed here on the final day of my trip, it was also the perfect spot for getting to the airport easily.

What an amazing and unexpected surprise to find this repurposed 1938 building built in the fascist/art deco style of the era. The building alone was worth the visit. Photo worthy shots everywhere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, breakfast was wonderful, served in a grand hall, the rooms were big and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The staff was incredible, from the front desk, housekeeping and the management!. They are refurbishing and, restoring!

From the first moment at the front desk until we left 24 hours later, the staff of the hotel were exceptional. We received an upgraded room because of Booking.com genius level. The room was beautiful. You must have a drink at the rooftop bar and enjoy the view as well as the excellent drinks. We had the lemon cello spritz with Prosecco and a Negroni. The dinner was wonderful and served very well. We had the pork and the beef, the salmon starter, and the tiramisu - all were delicious. Also, I need to mention that it is across the street basically a five minute walk from the train station. So you look up and see the UNA HOTEL sign and you are there. All in all a truly good experience.

Breakfast was really various and tasty. Location is excellent - close to pick up points for tours to Capri island, Pompei and Amalfi coast. A roof terrace is breathtaking. Living dolce vita !

The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. They even moved us to a bigger room with a terrace. This is our home away from home in Naples❤️

A truly classic hotel. From perfect staff to comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. You can see the hotel is carrying the legacy from the time that hotels actually were designed to maximize the comfort of the guest rather than being just chains trying to make money as much as possible. The hotel has a fast service providing for what you need and soundproof rooms which is a big plus in a big and crowded city like Naples. The location is perfect and you can reach most of what Naples has to offer with a 20 minutes walk

Great location, very quiet and awesome staff

Very clean nice rooms with jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was variety of foods to eat. Quiet location and private parking.

Awesome hotel perfectly located in the center of the city, with walking distance to all main attractions and landmarks. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Paolo at the reception and the lady at the breakfast area who speaks a lot of languages. The room was clean and very modern-looking. The internet was stable and fast. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different options.

Location and decor were great! Clean rooms! Tons of restaurants and history right out the front door. Right off the train so you can explore the city or head to the museums or Sorrento.

This hotel has charm and is very cozy. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and is located on a very popular pedestrian only street. The staff were gracious and helpful. Not only was a delicious breakfast offered daily but they also have 24 hour snacks and drinks available.even though vehicles are not allowed on Toledo Street you can get a taxi close by and the Metro station is right down the street.
