We loved the proximity to FujiQ, to restaurants and to the views of Mount Fuji!

Right next to Fuji-Q Park. Convenient for staying the whole day and night at the park. Also, you get 15 minutes' priority into the park before the public. They also provide a free shuttle to tour the Fujiyoshida area. And they have Fujiyama onsen that is right next to the hotel. Small fee for that to be included with your stay. Great for the whole family!

Amazing Mount Fuji view from our room! Onsen was very nice and the staff were also very kind.

We can definitely repeat our stay here. Everything, the room, facility, onsen, restaurant, food, services were exceptional. Our room was on the 6th floor, facing mount Fuji. We woke up watching the sunrise behind the mountain. Pink sky. Super lovely! There's an in room bath tub where you can bath and soak in Mr Fuji full-on. The hotel has all these little perks that shows their attention to details, how much they care for their guests well-being like free 'probiotic drink' in the morning (as much as you want to drink), ice popsicles (various flavors) for the afternoon until late night. Free ramen at 10pm, just in case you feel hungry. And of course, superb onsen facility!

I loved everything about this hotel from our beautiful bedroom facing the lake; the kimonos offered to us that they encouraged you to wear throughout the hotel; the buffet food that was offered for happy hour was plentiful and so delicious. We used their laundry facilities and the staff were kind enough to show us how to operate it; it was a little different than what we had ever used. They also helped us arrange the bus ride and train ride to Nagoya which we really appreciated. I would stay there again when visiting Japan, simply perfect.

Everything in Mizno Hotel is beyond amazing

From the moment we arrived the hotel took our breath away even before we saw our room. I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Spacious and clean apartment style room. Choice of futon or mattress bed. Mini garden with Mt Fuji view. Big germanium bath area. Near to train station and bus terminal. Great service oriented staff.

All the staff are very kind, pickup shuttle on bus station, very good environment, has a rooftop viewing gallery to mt.fuji, booked the private onsen with mt.fuji view very worthed
