Hotel is safe, very well maintained, clean and the staff are very friendly. They were very helpful is guiding me with my planning, in regards to how I should route my interests. There is a 7/11 across the street. A very nice ice cream place right next door and loads of dining options around the hotel as well as loads of options within the station. The rooms are well equipped. Separate shower, bath tub, toilet and sink. The size of the room is pretty good by Japan standards. There is a small couch in there, as well as a desk and chair. They have an onsen as well and a gym. Plus laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, amenities and all.

We had a problem with the TV app not working upon check-in. The front desk lady sent technical staff and fixed it immediately after receiving the report. Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast choices were plenty and good. Bedding and pillows were good. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Location is great and within walking distance to the tram station. There are convenient stores within 5-min walk. Price was reasonable considering the quality services provided.

The aesthetics were a luxurious traditional vibe. I had many requests during my time at Kaya including booking a doctors appointment and the staff were really accommodating despite how annoying even I thought I was getting. Absolutely loved the hotel's efforts to be environmentally friendly. Bicycle rental shop located a few mins walk away just one street back from the hotel.
